ABOUT
I'm Chelsea Darling, LMHC, ATR-BC, NCC
and together we will identify and overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from achieving your goals and living your ideal life.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist, National Certified Counselor, and EMDRIA Approved EMDR Trained Therapist. I hold a master’s degree in mental health counseling and art therapy from Caldwell University and have experience working in agency, hospital, and private practice settings.
I help adults, teens, and children with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties in relationships, life transitions, stress, low self-esteem, and ADHD. I am also drawn to understanding and healing the mind-body connection.

I use an integrative approach to therapy by incorporating elements of client-centered and cognitive behavioral therapies with mindfulness-based practices, EMDR, and art therapy.
I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and believe that developing a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for healing to transpire.

I seek to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space, conducive to fostering healing and promoting self-discovery.
Through our work together, you will gain perspective about the past and insight into the present while identifying and overcoming obstacles that are preventing you from achieving your goals.

It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and/or parents alike. In the end, making small changes can bring life-altering results. I look forward to being a part of your journey toward meaningful change, emotional healing, and self-discovery.
